Sized by body weight, from S (110 to 154 lbs) to 5XL (419 to 463 lbs). The fit is firm on purpose. If you are at the top of a range, or want it less firm, take the next size up. It should feel snug, never painful: marks, numbness or trouble breathing mean it is too small.

Will it make me lose weight?
No, and be careful with anyone who says their shirt does. HALDEN pieces are apparel. They hold things in place and smooth the line under your clothes while you wear them. Take one off and you are exactly who you were this morning.
How do I pick my size?
Tops are sized by body weight, from S (110 to 154 lbs) to 5XL (419 to 463 lbs). If you are at the very top of a range, or you want it less firm, take the next size up. Leg sleeves go by thigh circumference. If it does not fit, the exchange is free.
Can people see it under a shirt?
Not under a normal dress shirt or tee. Pick white or grey under light shirts and black under dark ones. The V-neck version stays hidden with an open collar.
Is it comfortable all day?
It is firm by design, so give it a day or two. Most people wear it for a workday without thinking about it. If it feels tight enough to leave marks or pins and needles, it is too small: size up.

What if it does not fit?
You have 30 days from delivery. Size exchanges are free, we ship the new size at no cost. For a refund, send the item back unworn and unwashed with the tags on and we refund you within 5 business days of receiving it.
