Terms of Sale
Last updated: September 17, 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on halden-shirt.com. Please read them before you buy. Section 18 contains an arbitration agreement and a class action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved, and explains how to opt out.
1. Who you are buying from
The website halden-shirt.com and the HALDEN brand are operated by JELOTY LLC. When you place an order, your contract is with JELOTY LLC, referred to below as "we", "us" or "our".

2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and have a delivery address in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is true and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
3. Products, sizing and photos
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric, fit and sizing. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. Some lifestyle photos on the site are digital images created to show how the products are worn, and product photos show the garment itself. Sizes follow the charts on each product page and on our Size Guide. Measurements are approximate and can vary slightly from one production batch to another.
4. What our products are, and are not
HALDEN products are everyday apparel: compression tops, compression socks, leg sleeves and grip socks. The firm fit smooths the look of your torso under clothing and gives a supportive feel while you wear them.
They are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. They do not cause weight loss, burn fat, reduce body fat or change your body shape once removed, and they do not correct posture or treat back pain. Any change in appearance lasts only while the garment is worn.
If you are pregnant, or have diabetes, poor circulation, peripheral artery disease, neuropathy, a skin condition, a heart or breathing condition, or a history of blood clots, ask your doctor before wearing compression garments. Stop wearing a garment if you feel numbness, tingling, pain, shortness of breath or skin irritation, and choose a larger size. Do not sleep in compression tops.
5. Prices, bundle savings and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Tops qualify for automatic bundle savings: 10% off when you buy 2 tops and 20% off when you buy 3 or more, in any mix of styles, colors and sizes. The saving is shown in the cart before you pay. We do not show "compare at" prices: the price you see is the price we sell at.
Shipping is free on orders of $39 or more after discounts, and $4.95 below that. Prices do not include sales tax. Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a clear error, we will contact you before shipping. You can then order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the amount you approved at checkout.
6. How an order is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. After payment you receive an order confirmation email, which acknowledges your order. Our acceptance happens when we ship the products and send you a shipping confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order before shipment if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, if the delivery address is outside our shipping area, or if our payment provider flags the order as likely fraudulent. In every one of these cases you receive a full refund of any amount charged, to your original payment method.
7. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We accept the cards and payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is taken when you place the order. Card details are entered on the payment provider's secure systems and are never stored on our servers. The provider may run automated fraud checks on your payment.
If there is a problem with a charge, please write to jehaneburand@gmail.com first. We usually fix it faster than a bank dispute can. This does not limit any right you have with your card issuer.
8. Shipping
Orders leave within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 6 to 12 business days after that. Full details are in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these terms. If we cannot ship within the time we stated, we will tell you and give you the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund, as required by the FTC Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you when the products are delivered to your address.
9. Changing or cancelling an order
Email jehaneburand@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we can change the size or color, or cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, you can still exchange or return it under our returns policy.
10. Returns, exchanges and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to exchange a size for free or to return unworn products for a refund. Conditions, exceptions and refund timing are in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is part of these terms.
11. Warranty
Our products come with a 90 days limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, described in our Limited Warranty.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
12. Care and safe use
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron: heat damages the stretch fibers and the grip dots.
- Pick your size from the chart. A garment that is too small can be uncomfortable and restrict movement.
- Our products are for adults. Keep socks with grip dots away from children under 3.
13. Reviews and testimonials
We only publish reviews written by real customers who bought the product, with their consent. We never pay for, write or edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not hide negative reviews. The site does not currently display customer reviews.
14. Intellectual property
The HALDEN name, the website design, text, images and code belong to JELOTY LLC or its licensors. You may browse the site and share links to it, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
15. Using the website
You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to access it by automated means to place orders, interfering with its security, or using someone else's payment method without permission. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of your state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you.
17. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters or government action. If such an event delays your order beyond the time we announced, you can cancel for a full refund.
18. Resolving disputes, arbitration and class action waiver
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal claim, email jehaneburand@gmail.com with your name, order number and a description of the problem and what you are asking for. We have 30 days to try to resolve it with you.
Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and JELOTY LLC agree to resolve any dispute related to these terms, the website or your order through final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Fees are paid as set out in those rules, and for claims under $10,000 we will reimburse your filing fee. The arbitration can take place by video, by phone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live. The arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could.
Small claims. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, if it qualifies.
No class actions. Claims may only be brought individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court and not to arbitration.
Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this Section 18 by emailing jehaneburand@gmail.com within 30 days of your first order, with the subject line "Arbitration opt out" and your name and order number. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.
This section does not prevent you from reporting a problem to a government agency, such as the Federal Trade Commission or your state attorney general.
19. Governing law
The Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 18. Otherwise these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live. Subject to Section 18, courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or in the county where you live, have jurisdiction.
20. Notice for California residents
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice: the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs can be reached in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
21. Other terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order. If any provision is found invalid, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about your order.
