Limited Warranty

Our written warranty, provided by JELOTY LLC. It is in addition to any rights you have under the law of your state.

Who is covered
The original purchaser of a new product bought on halden-shirt.com, and anyone who received it as a gift from that purchaser, in the United States.
What is covered and for how long
For 90 days from delivery, we warrant every HALDEN product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. Examples: a seam that comes apart, an elastic band or grip band that fails, fabric that runs or holes without being snagged, grip dots that peel off after washing as instructed.
What we will do
If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at no charge to you, replace the product with the same item in the same size, or with a similar item if it is no longer available. If replacement is not possible, we refund the price you paid for it. We pay all shipping costs for the replacement.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, such as pilling or a gradual loss of firmness after many months of use.
- Damage from snags, cuts, pets, accidents, abrasion or chemicals.
- Damage caused by not following the care instructions, including tumble drying, bleaching, ironing or washing hot.
- A product that is the wrong size for you. That is handled by a free exchange under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- Products that have been altered.
- Products bought from anyone other than JELOTY LLC on halden-shirt.com.
How to make a claim
- Email jehaneburand@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of the defect.
- We reply within 2 business days. We may ask for more photos. We do not normally ask you to send a worn garment back.
- Once the defect is confirmed, we ship the remedy described above, normally within 1 to 3 business days.
You do not need the original receipt. We look up your order from your email address or order number.
Limits
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD ABOVE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
